Murray Bridge Lutheran Villages – Website build
Murray Bridge Lutheran Villages – Website build

Our  team worked together with Murray Bridge Lutheran Villages on this major rebrand project which included a total revamp of their digital, print, key messaging, and media assets (including a library of professional videos and images).
The local retirement village  reached out to us after realising (like many others) their branding needed an update, plus an easier way for visitors to access them during COVID-19.

MRLC 2021 Comeback Campaign
MRLC 2021 Comeback Campaign

The 6-month long ‘Comeback Campaign’ was launched in January 2021 to help local operators build up their brand awareness, bookings/enquiries and increase online following while recovering our region’s economy and visitor expenditure after COVID-19 disrupted a significant portion of travel in SA causing travel restrictions, border closures and low consumer sentiment.

Destination Riverland – New Riverland campaign
Destination Riverland – New Riverland campaign

We worked with Destination Riverland, and a range of key stakeholders to deliver a cooperative and collaborative marketing campaign from July to October 2021. The New Riverland campaign focus was on growing the region’s reputation into the South Australian tourism market – specifically as a destination for food and wine experiences, luxury accommodation and its connection to the iconic Murray River.

Murraylands and Riverland Agritourism project

We worked with the RDA Murraylands and Riverland to develop a suite of agritourism communication and marketing tools as part of a larger package of work to help grow the brand of agritourism in the region. We led a range of activities, including events, workshops, capacity building, short films, and marketing and PR exercises.

Murray River Study Hub

Worked with the client and in partnership with different levels of government to develop a program launch and ongoing marketing and communications campaign for one of Australia’s first regional university centres.

MRLC 2019 Major Tourism Campaign

We worked with the client and key partners to develop an innovative (and award-winning) multi-platform marketing campaign focussed on attracting more visitors to the region. This project featured heavily on promoting the best experiences from 10 local tourism operators and four Councils.

SHOP LOCAL DIGITAL CAMPAIGN

LOXTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Brief

Create a fresh, memorable advertising campaign to encourage locals to shop local first.

The Outcome

We worked with the Loxton Chamber of Commerce and its traders to create a story centred on the big, generous heart of volunteers in this regional community. Our ‘Your Business, Our Community’ starred local traders in their dual roles – as business owners and as the local basketball coach, firefighter or paramedic. Told through the eyes of young resident, Olivia, the campaign is a fresh take on the old ‘shop local’ messaging. We created a meaningful storytelling brief, then directed, filmed onsite and produced a digital ad that captured significant engagement and reach. The profiles and supporting digital assets we created ensured the investment continued to earn ongoing reach and engagement across social media platforms long after the original ad was launched.

I have had the pleasure of working with Emma and the Commshake team as we built a great new tourism brand and website. Nothing was too hard for the “can do” Commshake team, who I highly recommend.

Meningie Area School
Principle

Developing a vision and brand for a school is important work. Commshake were fantastic to work with, their understanding of the needs of a school was excellent. They worked with us all the way, consulted far and wide and provided great feedback. The final concepts reflected the views from the consultation and provided great ideas for the final decision.

Sonya Altschwager
Loxton Chamber of Commerce
Business & Events Manager

The Commshake team truly understood our vision from the outset and brought our social media project to life with a well-thought-out concept, seamless organisation, and, most importantly, an amazing outcome. The response to the campaign has been fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the impact.
